Texas Service Center Will Begin Processing Form I-129 L Visa Petitions

The Texas Service Center (TSC) will begin processing Form I-129 petitions seeking L visa classification. The Vermont Service Center will no longer process any new Form I‑129 petitions requesting L visa classification. Petitioners whose primary office location is not listed in the California Service Center Filings chart, must file the L-1 petition with the TSC.

The Texas Service Center address for filing the L-1 petitions will be as below:

For USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS Texas Service Center
Attn: I-129 L
4141 North St. Augustine Road
Dallas, TX 75227

For I-129/I-907 Premium Processing:

Premium Processing Service
USCIS Texas Service Center
ATTN: I-129 L
4141 North St. Augustine Road

Petitioners filing L-1 petitions must ensure to check that they are filing the Form I-129 petitions with the correct Service Center. Starting March 12, 2018, USCIS may reject any of these applications that are filed at the wrong service center.
