USCIS Resumes H-1B Premium Processing For Certain H-1B Petitions

Starting February 19, 2019, USCIS will resume the Premium Processing service for all H-1B petitions filed on or before December 21, 2018.

Under the USCIS Premium Processing Service, USCIS guarantees a response within 15 days of the receipt of the Premium Processing request. Petitioners desirous of upgrading their pending petitions to Premium Processing must submit a Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, along with the prescribed fees. The current fee for Form I-129 Premium Processing is $1,410.

USCIS had previously Suspended Premium Processing for certain H-1B petitions, including H-1B amendments and H-1B change of employer petitions. This temporary suspension will continue remain in effect for all such petitions that were filed on or after December 22, 2018.
