I am a citizen of India and I am planning on going on a vacation to India during the October timeframe. I am currently employed and my H1B is valid till 11/30/2004. Do I posses any kind of problem if I need to get an H1B visa stamp in India? Do Indian citizens have to go through any kind of background check? I would really appreciate some kind of feedback or personal experiences!
