01/16/2004 | I am a H1 visa holder and I soon will be sending my Visa for revalidation to stae department. I also will be sending my sposes visa for revalidation.
My and my wife's passport do not have our names endoresed as spouses. And she is still using he maiden name.
DO we need to get our names endorsed on each other's passport?
Please advise. |

01/16/2004 | No, just send in a copy of your marriage certificate with her application to show that the name in her passport is her maiden name. | |
