I was a F1 student since 2006/4,

I'd been going to school until 2008/08.

I was married to an US citizen in 2008/11/18 and we submitted all the documents for AOS in 2009/3.

My I-20 was expired on 2008/12/31

I just received my travel parole and EAD in May 2009. I heard people said now my F1 visa is still out of status until I get my green card (though I have the travel parole). My question is we are planning to have our wedding banquet in Hong Kong in November this year. I'm worrying if I will have a problem for re-entering to the States while my F1 visa is out of status. Should I have to wait for the issue of green card before leaving from the State to play safe? Is it possible that the Immigration Officer can deny my reenter? Any advice is great appreciated
