Where to File | Mail your application to the Service Center with jurisdiction over the area where you reside.

Filing Fee |
If your application is
filed within 31 months after temporary residency
was granted, the fee is $140 per person with a $420 family cap.
If your application is filed
later than 31 months after temporary residency was
granted the fee is $180 per person with a $540 family cap.
An additional fee for fingerprinting may be required.
