Purpose |
To determine an individual's classification and eligibility for a U.S. immigrant visa. To issue a Permanent Resident Card and a Social Security Number and card if the individual has been issued an immigrant visa and is subsequently admitted to the United States as an immigrant.
Note: Individuals who fail to submit this form or who do not provide all the requested information may be denied a U.S. immigrant visa. |
