General
Rules
- While we promote debating
and discussion, we will not tolerate rudeness, defamatory
or insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory
posts. Our decision in these matters will be final.
- Discussion of illegal
activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual
property violations or posts that infringe any patent, trademark,
copyright, trade secrets or proprietary right(s) of any party
are not allowed.
- Please refrain from
posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) ambiguous
posts, or posts which abuse, harass, threaten, stalk or otherwise
violate the private and public legal rights of others.
- We do not allow multiple
or repeated postings in order to increase your post count.
- We do not allow posts
that are sexual in nature or violate VisaPro community standards.
The VisaPro team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does
and what does not violate community standards.
- Each member is allowed
one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not
allowed.
- While we are open to
have constructive comparative conversations about competitor's
products, we do not allow outright solicitation of the products
or services of any third party, without the express prior
written permission of VisaPro.
- Advertising or offering
to sell any goods or services and spamming are not allowed.
This includes using the forum email and private message system
to spam other members.
- We reserve the right
to remove or edit offensive posts without notice.
- We also reserve the
right to ban any user who willfully violates the forum rules.
- We do not allow anyone
to post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything
asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.
- We do not allow posts
with links that are likely to transmit any viruses, worms,
defects, trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
- While these rules cover
most common situations, Visapro understands that by their
very nature, Message Boards may carry offensive, indecent,
harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate material, or
in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise
deceptive. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions
we deem appropriate to ensure VisaPro Message Boards are not
disrupted or abused in any way.
Advertising Services
We do not allow people to post threads or to send private
messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any
products or services. Explicit advertising in signatures is also
prohibited.
No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
Information contained on or made available
through VisaPro Message Boards is not intended to and does not
constitute legal advice, recommendations, mediation or counseling
of any kind under any circumstance and no attorney-client relationship
is formed. Do not act on or rely on any information from VisaPro
Message Boards without consulting with a licensed attorney.
No Obligation to Monitor
VisaPro does not control the information
delivered to the Message Boards, and has no obligation to monitor
their content. However, VisaPro reserves the right at all times
to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable
law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to
edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials,
in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, at its sole discretion.
Privacy
Message Boards are
public and not private communications, and therefore others may
read the communications and posts of any user without his knowledge.
VisaPro recommends you should always use caution when giving out
any personally identifying information about yourself in any posting
or message. Generally, any communication that posted at Message
Boards is considered to be non-confidential.
Reporting
Any user who feels any content of the Message Boards
is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by contacting
the VisaPro Team through the contact us section. We have the ability
to remove objectionable content and we will make every effort
to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that
removal is necessary. |
