My dad and I have a company that develop computer software in the US, right now I'm not working on the company, just my dad but he leaves in Brazil not in the US.

The question that we have is the following, can our company gives us any kind of visa that we can move to the US legal and work for our company? We current have 2 clients and the company generates about $70K per year, and we want to expand our business.
