I am a british citizen married to a us citizen, i have filed all my paperwork, am waiting for it to go through, have had my i475 interview, paperwork is in limbo at the moment, however my problem is my husband has become violent and abusive, i dont know what to do, i know i can go home but, and this may seem odd, i dont want to get a ban as i may want to bring my son (who is still in the uk) to disney sometime...what can i do, what are my options, i am scared and terrified here.
