Default H1B Petition (I 129 data issues), Please Help - Shalini

Hi, My Previous Employer has filed L1 visa petition and I got L1 Blanket visa. (then I changed company after that)
Now my current employer wants to file H1B petition and required copy of I-129 of previous L1 petition. I brought Copy of I-129 petition from previous employer and found that in my experience they have not mentioned my one company experience and also mentioned my Masters Degree passing year incorrectly (2003 instead of 2004).
My question is as I will provide all my education & experience document to my new company and they will file H1-B petition with correct data (include missing experience and original Post-graduation passing year)? Will it be any problem or they/USCIS compare L1 I-129 and new petition data?. Please reply

April 1, 2009 is the earliest date that USCIS will accept I-129 petitions for H1B work that begins on 10/01/2009 or later. Last year over 160,000 petitions were received during the first 5 days of April for 65,000 slots + 20,000 U.S. Masters degrees. You have less than a 50-50 chance that your petition will be selected for consideration anyway. That is your biggest problem, not whether you have a Masters degree in 2003 or 2004 or your expeerience.
