hi me and my husband received an intent to deny petition regarding the I130- they said it due to my husband having a felony and its linked to Adam Walsh Act- he has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he means me no harm, we had to send in details of his court case, and any other arrest details, he has not been in any trouble for over 3 years since release, everything happened before we met and he has had a clean record since, he is a hard-working good man, we have supplied character references for him who have known him for some time, and have written letters from each us us to try and supply proof of his good intentions towards me, is there anythng else we can do?
