deported for overstay how can i come back legally?
Im a canadian who was living with my now fiance in Az for a yr an a half i came to the u.s legally ... i had no intention of marrying him when i got there. in Dec 2008 is when we got engaged ..we where going to get married there but we didnt know how long i could stay cuz we read a bunch of different things on diff sites , i then got in to trouble and was arrested my charges where dropped its nothing serious like a felony but i was held by Ice and they found out i over stayed so i was detained for 3 months i had no case to try and fight to stay In the U.S so i had a choice of Vol departure or being deported, i had to choose deportation seeing how i had no way of paying for my own way back to canada, im now on a 10yr bar for coming back , my fiance needs me cuz he has a mental disability and depends on me to take care of him, which is what i was doing i was living with him but not working illigally or doing anything wrong and not having the U.s ppl pay for me to be there , i have my own funds etc we desperatly need to be together because he needs me to be there with him we've already been seperated for 6 months and its hard on us ,and i want to know is there anyway for me to come back legally before the 10 yr ban is up and would it affect my chances of getting a green card? ..all i want to do is be able to be back with my love , he's waiting to get his passport to come to canada so we'll end up getting married here but if he wants to move back to the US we need to know if i will be able to go with him legally before 10 yrs
