You need to file the I-765 (with fee) and a copy of your EAD and I-485 receipt. The instructions are on the I-765 downloadable form on the USCIS.gov website. The EAD should be issued for 2 years based on an employment based category that is currently unavailable. It takes 3-4 months for the EAD to be issued. |
