Default DV2010 lottery winner versus I130 approval

Dear sir/madam:

I have won the DV2010 lottery and submitted the first completed forms Centucky Consulate Center .I live in Canada.

A month later I received the notice of approval for my brother's petition for me I130. He had applied since 2003.

So, now there are two ways for me to go. I dont know which one is the best shot for me:
1. Which one is faster to get the green card? I am not in hurry though.
2. Which one costs cheaper and has less headches?
3. If I follow the I130 approval, does my husband and daughter get green cards as well, or only me?
4. I have dual citizenship, canadian and albanian. I know that for my green card lottery process I would need my albanian passport which is expired.
Is it needed, if I follow with the I130 approval or the canadian passport would be enough?

Please help!!!
Your advice is appreciated.
Thank you,
Diana

It will be several years before a visa is available to you as a sister of a U.S. citizen. Just because the I-130 is approved does not mean the priority date is current. A brother or sister of a U.S. citizen is 4th preference (see current Visa Bulletin) and the wait (depending on country of origin) is 11-22 years.
