If you are applying for an Advance Parole Document, you may be eligible to file this form online. You may not file online if your application is based on an approved request for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals (Form I-821D).

Note: If you are filing Form I-131 Application Type B or D, you filed a Form I-485 on/after July 30, 2007, with a fee, and the Form I-485 is still pending, then no additional fee is due for Form I-131.

Effective November 26, 2008, all petitioners filing the I-360 petitions for special immigrant religious workers are required to submit the Employer Attestation contained in the Form I-360. If applicable, the petitioner is also required to submit the Religious Denomination Certification contained in the Form I-360. Please refer to the form’s instructions for further details.
