June 2015 Visa Bulletin: EB2 Priority Dates Continue To Advance For India And China

In the recently published U.S. Department of State’s Visa Bulletin for June 2015, the EB-2 priority date advanced from 4/15/2008 to 10/1/2008 in respect to India, from 6/1/2012 to 6/1/2013 in respect to mainland China, and remained current in respect of all countries other than India and mainland China. EB-1, EB-4 and EB-5 continue to remain “Current” for all countries except China where EB-5 priority date is 5/1/2013.

In the EB-3 professionals and skilled workers category, the priority date retrogressed from 7/1/2007 to 1/1/2005 in respect to Philippines; and advanced from 1/15/2004 to 1/22/2004 in respect to India; from 5/1/2011 to 9/1/2011 in respect to China; and from 1/1/2015 to 2/15/2015 in respect to Mexico.

In the EB-3 Other Workers category, the priority date retrogressed from 7/1/2007 to 1/1/2005 in respect to Philippines and advanced in respect to all other countries.
