A base petition fee of $3,750 plus $85 per person fee for biometric services is required for all conditional resident applicants. Each conditional resident child regardless of age who is a dependent seeking to remove their conditional status is required to submit a biometrics fee of $85 as listed under Part 3 or Part 4 of Form I-829.
