Removal Of Conditions: Change In Form I-829 Filing Location

The filing location for submission of Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status has changed. The Form I-829 must now be sent to a USCIS Lockbox facility instead of California Service Center.

The Form I-829 is used by Conditional Permanent Residents who obtained the Green Card status through entrepreneurship under the EB-5 program to remove the conditions on residence.
