USCIS Premium Processing Fee To Increase

The $1,225 USCIS Premium Processing fee will increase to $1,410 for Form I-129 and Form I-140 petitions beginning October 1, 2018.

Under Premium Processing USCIS guarantees 15 calendar day processing for certain employment-based petitions and applications. Petitioners desirous of making a request for premium processing of an eligible petition should complete and file a Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service.
