July 2015 Visa Bulletin: EB2 Priority Date Advances For China, Remains Stagnant For India

In the recently published U.S. Department of State’s Visa Bulletin for July 2015, the EB-2 priority date advanced from 6/1/2013 to 10/1/2013 in respect to mainland China and remained current in respect of all other countries except India where the priority date remained stagnant that is 10/1/2008. EB-1, EB-4 and EB-5 continue to remain “Current” for all countries except China where EB-5 priority date advanced from 5/1/2013 to 9/1/2013.

In the EB-3 professionals and skilled workers category, the priority date became unavailable in respect to Philippines; and advanced from 1/22/2004 to 2/1/2204 in respect to India; from 2/15/2015 to 4/1/2015 in respect to Mexico; and remained stagnant 9/1/2011 in respect to China.

In the EB-3 Other Workers category, the priority date became unavailable in respect to Philippines and advanced in respect to all other countries except China where priority remained stagnant 1/1/2006.
