USCIS has announced that the Application Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for September 2016 must be used for filing applications for Adjustment of Status with USCIS in September 2016.
Accordingly, applicants whose priority date is either current, or earlier than the date on the Application Final Action Dates chart, may file their adjustment of status application in September 2016.
