FY 2019 CW-1 Cap Reached

USCIS has announced that the FY 2019 Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1) program cap has reached. The FY 2019 cap for CW-1 visas is 4,999.

USCIS will conduct a lottery to randomly select CW-1 petitions received between April 2, 2018 and April 13, 2018. Petitions received after April 13 will be rejected and will not be considered for the lottery.
