H and L Visa Processing In China: Update

H and L visa applicants in China must note that starting March 1, 2019, H and L visa interviews will only be held at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and the U.S. Consulates in Guangzhou and Shanghai.

U.S. Consulates in Chengdu and Shenyang will no longer be conducting H or L interviews.
