After the FY 2022 H-1B Cap Registration period ended on March 25, 2021, some petitioners have received H-1B Registration Selection Notices from USCIS informing them about the selection of their H-1B cap registration. The selection notice lists the Beneficiary Confirmation Number and confirms if the selection of the registration was towards the H-1B Regular Cap or the advanced degree exemption (Master’s Cap). Petitioners who have received the H-1B Registration Selection Notice are eligible to file the corresponding H-1B cap petition between 04/01/2021 and 06/30/2021 at the filing location listed in the Selection Notice.
