Note on Filing Fee:
- If you filed Form N-400 as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces (i.e. under sections 328 or 329 of the INA) and we denied your application, you do not need to pay a fee to file Form N-336.
If filing at a Lockbox Facility:
- Please read our Lockbox Filing Tips.
- To receive an email or text message when we accept your form, complete Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance and clip it to the front of the form.
